Whoo-hoo ... this is Chicky's first ever Wake Board ride !! It was in January 2007, on Lake Nillahcootie, in Victoria ... not far from Lake Eildon. She was so proud of herself, she couldn't wipe off the grin. I, of course, was so very proud of her, too.

I am a (mostly) stay-at-home mum of one daughter, with perhaps too much time on my hands ... I am obsessed with my computer and my Ipad, and am always on the lookout for more things that I can do with them! A few years ago I discovered digital photography, so that continues to be a passion. I am a mega cat-lover. I have spent time in my past-life writing poetry, so that is something I wish to get back into. I am an obsessive reader, who usually has a few books on the go. I have also become obsessed with Scrapbooking ... another thing I can do with all the photos I take ... and recently, I have also become obsessed with Quilting !! Blogging is a much-loved passion ... it is so much fun !!! Facebook seems to be taking up too much of my time these days, too !!

Melinda ... thanks. She looks so excited, doesn't she. And, as you know, she was ... she was behind your boat !! I used to be like her when I was a kid, and just popped up behind the boat, like a cork ... these days, I'd drag it down, like an anchor LOL.

i remember the one and only time i went water-skying, my left leg went one way, the right leg the other, and then i fell flat on my face...boy that hurt!
Chicky looks like she was born to ride the waves here!
Dragonflyfilly ... I can so relate to the left and the right leg going seperate ways on skis. Fortunately, with the wakeboards, the legs are joined together !! And, yes, I agree ... Chicky looks like she is made to do this.
