Meow's Favourite Pictures

Just a bunch of pictures, which I absolutely love, and would like to share with you ....

This adult and juvenile Crimson Rosella are on our decking at Bonnie Doon. I just thought it was fascinating, watching them feed. We are very lucky in this country, in that we have such amazing birdlife.

they are so colorful. By me the only colored birds are cardnals and blue jays

I breed the Crimson Rosella here is the States and I must have different sub-species then these. Mine do not have Green Juvenile plumage. Mine feather in almost like the parent plumage.

I agree with you Connie, Australia has such wonderful birdlife as well as magnificent flowers. When we arrived in Australia, a long time ago, as a young girl, I was so fascinated by your exotic flowers, with their brilliant colours and shapes, which we haven't got in France.
Are you still at Bonnie Doon? I just moved on a property with a similar name!

Have a delightful day and don't stop your photography.
