I am a (mostly) stay-at-home mum of one daughter, with perhaps too much time on my hands ... I am obsessed with my computer and my Ipad, and am always on the lookout for more things that I can do with them! A few years ago I discovered digital photography, so that continues to be a passion. I am a mega cat-lover. I have spent time in my past-life writing poetry, so that is something I wish to get back into. I am an obsessive reader, who usually has a few books on the go. I have also become obsessed with Scrapbooking ... another thing I can do with all the photos I take ... and recently, I have also become obsessed with Quilting !! Blogging is a much-loved passion ... it is so much fun !!! Facebook seems to be taking up too much of my time these days, too !!

People here pay a lot of money for parrots and you have them living in the wild! Do they ever become tame and spend time living around one specific house?
Dick ... some people do tame them, and they stay nearby. There are even people who have them in cages and aviaries ... I think that is sad to see, as they are so beautiful, they should be free.
My ,My, My, arent we the little photographer! what an awesome job on the pics and I love the stories underneath, I love looking at peoples photos and to have the info to match is great. I love them all ,yes you were pretty cute back then, I can feel the heat form the fire, but my fav...is I'm shy , that is so cute , never seen a cat sleep like that , adorable .

Greeneyes ... thank you, you are sweet !! My cat always sleeps like that, particularly during the day. It's almost like she's trying to hide ... you know, if I can't see you, you can't see me !!! I love taking photographs (obviously the one of me as a bubba I didn't take !!). It is great fun to share, too.
